Prices are monthly platform fees in Naira, exclusive of VAT — 7.5% VAT is added at checkout, billed by card through Paystack. Payment confirms the plan instantly, and moving up a tier is the same one-click checkout. AI scans draft records for a person to confirm — one document is one scan, however many rows it produces, and manual entry always works, allowance or not.

Courts, ministries, departments and agencies run FleetPoynt on an annual site licence: every vehicle, every depot and the whole transport office under one agreement — priced by fleet size, backed by your PO, and settled by transfer or cheque against a single invoice. No card, no monthly billing. Each payment is recorded against your invoice reference, and the register — vehicles, log books, disposals — stays yours to print on audit day.
